Story:
Naresh, Mohan, Aswani and Sudha are featured in this movie, a Koneru Radhakumari's production under Santosh Films banner directed by the master of comedy Jandhyala. An employee in the company of Nutan Prasad's brother Pandurangam (Veerabhadra Rao), Anand Mohan (Mohan) falls in love with Nutan Prasad's daughter Padma (Aswani). Anand Mohan rescues Lakshmi Prasad (Naresh) from his suicide bid following losses in business, and gets him a job in the company in which he works. Lakshmi Prasad falls in love with Lalitha (Sudha) a girl from his own village, when he meets her in the city. His interference in the love affair between Anand Mohan and Padma puts him in an embarrassing situation. Opposed to love marriages, Nutan Prasad is in a fury about Pandurangam bringing about a marriage between Padma and Anand Mohan. He would have nothing to do with Pandurangam, and has their property divided. This leads to the separation of the brothers. Anand Mohan, Padma and Lakshmi Prasad are determined to reunite the brothers within forty days. How they accomplish this is to be watched on the screen. 'Choopulu Kalasina Subhavela' was Veerabhadra Rao's last film.
